Main responsibilities encompassed giving legal advice to different situations described by clients; writing contracts; reviewing and providing comments on agreements and other documents; issuing legal opinions and timely reports to clients, and providing ancillary advisory in connection with the transactions. Also, it included representing the clients in a face to the state authorities, register them as a legal person and all in connection with this; obtaining authorizations for them; providing legal road maps for a wide range of activities.
